Villa Sapphire is a stunning 5-bedroom retreat designed in the signature CVR style, featuring elegant designer furnishings and thoughtful amenities throughout. The spacious living room invites you to relax with a large flat-screen TV offering UK channels, a stylish decorative fireplace, and a premium pool table for entertainment.
The modern kitchen-diner is fully equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine. A large dining table comfortably seats up to 10 guests. The ground floor includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a guest cloakroom. Upstairs, you'll find two more double bedrooms with access to a large balcony with cozy seating, as well as another twin bedroom—all with their own en-suite bathrooms.
Outdoors, enjoy the best of Cyprus sunshine in total privacy. The villa features a beautiful private pool with Roman steps (heatable in cooler months), luxury sun loungers, umbrellas, and an optional hot tub. For al fresco living, there's a shaded dining area, BBQ, and even a ping pong table—perfect for family fun or relaxing evenings under the stars.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 300 is required on the day of arrival. The electricity usage is billed at a rate of 0.40 euros per kW. Meter readings will be taken both on the day of your arrival and on your departure date, with the final charges settled during the check-out process.
