You can arrange an airport transfer by providing the direction of travel (one-way or return), the airport and accommodation details, your flight number, the date and time of arrival or departure, as well as your preferred type of vehicle. Our team will then organise the transfer accordingly to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey.

Your driver will meet you in the airport arrivals area upon your arrival. All the necessary details, including meeting instructions, will be provided closer to your arrival date.

On the day of departure, if a return transfer has been booked, the driver will arrive at your accommodation at the requested time to take you to the airport.

Your driver will track your flight’s arrival time and will arrive at the designated meeting point according to the actual landing time. The standard waiting time is 60 minutes after landing.

If additional waiting time is required, it can be extended if the guest notifies a driver in advance. Please note that extra waiting time is charged at €12 per hour if no prior notice is given.

All transfer prices are per vehicle, not per passenger. This means the price remains the same regardless of the number of passengers within the vehicle’s capacity.
