Accomodation rules
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is possible from 15:00 (self-check-in), check-out until 11:00 (self-check-out). Changing the time is possible by prior arrangement.
Damage deposit
The amount of €300 will be blocked on your account a day before your arrival, will remain frozen throughout an entire stay and returned 3 days after departure. In case of damage, the deposit is retained in whole or in part.
Electricity
It is paid separately at a rate of 0.40 € per 1 kWh. The meter readings are recorded on the day of arrival and on the day of departure. The final payment is possible in cash or via a payment link.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the territory of the facility. In case of violation, a fine of €100 will be charged.
Events and Parties
Events and parties are prohibited. The number of residents should not exceed the set capacity of the facility. In case of violation of the rules, the competent authorities may be involved, as well as a fine of up to € 300 for damage.
Pets
Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.
Compliance with Rules
If any of the stated accommodation rules are violated, the landlord reserves the right to require the guests to vacate the property without a refund.
Cancelation Policy
A full refund is available if the booking is cancelled at least 2 months before the check-in date. A partial refund is provided for cancellations made at least 1,5 months before the check-in date.
